DONATE TO GOODWILL

Donating is easy at any of our 15 retail stores throughout the Central Iowa area. Donations are also accepted at our Corporate Headquarters at 4900 NE 22nd St. in Des Moines.

When you donate to Goodwill, you'll feel good knowing that your tax-deductible contribution supports training and employment programs for individuals with disabilities. Goodwill appreciates receiving furniture, housewares, clothing, shoes, toys, books, and antiques.

Remember, when you donate clothing or household goods to Goodwill Industries, you are:

  • Creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to independence
  • Helping Goodwill fund programs and services
  • Supporting training opportunities
  • Benefiting the environment by reducing the amount of material being sent to landfills

Your gently used goods may be donated during regular business hours at any of Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa’s 15 retail locations.  Donations are also accepted at our headquarters at 4900 NE 22nd Street in Des Moines 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
