Goodwill Industries' Placement Services assist people with disabilities or those who are vocationally disadvantaged to achieve their goals of obtaining and maintaining employment within the community. There are many advantages for the employers who hire our Goodwill graduates. Goodwill's Placement Services are free to any employer wishing to hire Goodwill clients. Goodwill's Employment Specialist matches Goodwill clients with specific employer requirements, reducing recruitment and screening time and saving employers money. On-site training is offered by Goodwill Job Coaches, which frees up employers time. Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is available to employers who hire eligible individuals. Goodwill provides on-going, follow-up services at no expense to the employer. This service provides employers with access to an underutilized labor pool.
