Each month staff members at Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa nominate clients for the Achiever of the Month Award. The winner is an individual who exemplifies our mission, values and vision by making progress toward his or her goals, having excellent attendance, being a good role model and having a positive attitude.

Ashley recently started in the dish room as a new task. Ashley is able to keep up with the work load independently while jumping, clapping, laughing, singing and dancing during the dish washing process. She has had perfect attendance since starting in July.”
