Before Black Friday, go BLUE. Goodwill Blue.
You can start your holiday savings early with Blue Friday, on Nov. 21, at all central Iowa Goodwill retail stores. Just wear blue into any Goodwill retail store that day and receive $5 off your purchase of $20 or more that day. While supplies last, you can also pick up a coupon card good for discounts over the next three months.
The coupons are good for:
* 10 percent off total purchase once in December for a maximum discount of $10;
* 20 percent off total purchase once in January for a maximum of $20;
* 30 percent off total purchase once in February for a maximum of $30
Customers must show their cards each month to be eligible for a discount the next month.
The offer is good at all central Iowa Goodwill retail stores; the outlet is not participating.
On Nov. 21 – Blue Friday – Goodwill will offer a party at the Jordan Creek store from 9 a.m. to noon, then the party moves to the Waukee Goodwill store, from 1 to 4 p.m. At each party, you can enjoy refreshments, games and door prizes. On Monday, Nov. 24, the Jordan Creek and the Waukee store will each award an Xbox as a grand prize.
