What to expect when you donate
We’ve implemented a number of safety protocols and processes that make the donation process safe for donors and employees.
When you show up with your donations, please follow the directional signage to the donation drop-off spot. We are currently requiring all donors and shoppers to wear masks.
Be patient and observant to those around you. We ask that you wait your turn to drop your items and always keep at least 6 feet of distance from those around you.
We need your donations now, more than ever, as we prepare to gradually re-open our retail stores again. Your donations help us fund our mission work, while providing jobs and job training opportunities to people facing barriers to employment. In addition, we work hard to keep unused items and donations out of local landfills, making our community a better place to live, work and play.
Thank you, again, for holding your donations for us. We know this has been a difficult time for many and we are so excited to come together again, even if it has to be from a distance for now.
