This year, Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa will participate in #GivingTuesday!
In case you haven’t heard, the goal of #GivingTuesday is to create a
global day of giving back, which celebrates generosity and kindness.
#GivingTuesday will be held this year on December 1st.
Last year, more than 30,000 organizations in 68 countries came together to celebrate. Since its founding in 2012, #GivingTuesday has inspired giving around the world, resulting in great donations, volunteer hours, and activities that bring about real change in communities.
Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa hopes to raise awareness of our mission to: Improve the quality of life for all individuals by providing skills training and helping people find jobs
