Each month staff members at Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa nominate clients for the Achiever of the Month Award. The winner is an individual who exemplifies our mission, values and vision by making progress toward his or her goals, having excellent attendance, being a good role model and having a positive attitude.

Jeannie comes to training with an excellent attitude and ready to do what she is supposed to do. Jeannie added another day of training to her schedule already. Jeannie is conscientious about making sure she clocks in and out properly and makes sure she communicates this with her counselor. Within 30 days, Jeannie is already training on the cash register and has been recommended for continued training at the Cafe.”
