Each month staff members at Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa nominate clients for the Achiever of the Month Award. The winner is an individual who exemplifies our mission, values and vision by making progress toward his or her goals, having excellent attendance, being a good role model and having a positive attitude.
Please join us in congratulating Larry Wilken, our March 2017 Achiever!
Larry has been consistently improving in the cafeteria training program. He has assigned himself a goal each week to add onto his schedule. Larry now puts away dishes on his own and into the correct areas. He is constantly asking for more to do and pushing his supervisor for more tasks as well. Larry takes on the challenges given to him and figures out how he can accomplish them to the best of his abilities.”
