Each month staff members at Goodwill of Central Iowa nominate clients for the Achiever of the Month Award. The winner is an individual who exemplifies our mission, values and vision by making progress toward his or her goals, having excellent attendance, being a good role model and having a positive attitude.
Please join us in congratulating Michelle Wagner, our May 2017 Achiever!
In order for a client to be nominated Achiever of the Month the individual must be working on, and showing progress on, two goals that were determined at their yearly staffing. The individual must also have good attendance and be on time for their program following scheduled breaks. Michelle Wagner has been working very hard on each of her two goals. She knows what each one is and will come to me to demonstrate them. Michelle has had perfect attendance for the past three months. She is always on time for the day services program which she attends five days per week.”
