The winner is an individual who exemplifies our mission, values and vision by making progress toward his or her goals, having excellent attendance, being a good role model and having a positive attitude.

“Born and raised in the Volta region of Ghana, Peace worked diligently every day as a trader in Ghana, Africa, until she immigrated to the United States in 2014 in hopes of a better life and more opportunities. Upon arriving, Peace lived with her children and struggled to find a job until referred to Goodwill by her daughter. She participated in our Work Experience program and was hired as a full-time e-commerce assistant for ShopGoodwill.com.
