This week, Goodwill of Central Iowa is partnering with third-graders in Van Meter for a donation drive!
We will also have a truck at Van Meter City Hall on Thursday, Nov. 19, to accept donations of clothing, small electrical items, collectibles, shoes, books, housewares, toys and jewelry. We are especially in need of household items and men’s clothing.We’ll collect items from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Your donations help to support Goodwill of Central Iowa’s job training and job placement programs. Last year, Goodwill helped 565 people find jobs in central Iowa.
